1881

San Diego's oldest bar.

Since 1881. Gaslamp Quarter.

Game Day

Petco Park is around the corner. Your seat is already here.

Smash burgers, Sahlen dogs, cold pours, and every pitch on the screens. We run game nights for 200-plus, and we've been warming up since 1881.

The Bar

Open since 1881. The oldest bar in San Diego, on the same corner in the Gaslamp Quarter where it started.

The walls are covered in framed photos and newspaper clippings going back over a century. A portrait of Wyatt Earp from his San Diego years hangs near the colored glass windows. Out on the patio, string lights and room for the whole neighborhood.

This is a bar that survived Prohibition, two world wars, and every redevelopment wave the Gaslamp has seen. It's still here. Come find out why.

More to come.
